In a significant partnership, UAE-based Vantage Properties have entrusted Archcorp as the lead consultant for the transformation of LIVEL RESIDENZA. The project is proudly featured in Construction Business News for our innovative redesign of the existing 7% built old construction. Our new design introduces a contemporary façade and modern unit layouts, aligning with the vision for a high-quality, eco-friendly, and luxurious residential development.

As part of the agreement, Vantage Properties will develop two 20-story buildings—including a ground floor, four podium floors, and 15 residential floors—with a total built-up area of approximately 400,000 square feet. Archcorp is leading the consultancy for both buildings, ensuring the project's success from design to completion. Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026, LIVEL RESIDENZA will embody the fusion of international expertise and local insight, creating a state-of-the-art living space.
