As the lead consultant for design and supervision, we spearheaded the redesign of the central building, breathing new life into its structure while maintaining its historical charm. This meticulous process included enhancing the building’s functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability features.​
In addition to the central building’s redesign, we seamlessly integrated surrounding structures to create a cohesive and dynamic living environment. The project is currently at the handing-over stage, marking the successful completion of our vision for Al Merqab Residence.​
