Covering a built-up area of 10,881 square meters, our team was responsible for design consultancy and supervision, bringing this project to the tender stage. The showroom is envisioned as a state-of-the-art facility that showcases BMW’s latest models in an environment that exudes elegance and modernity. The architectural design features a sleek, contemporary facade that incorporates high-quality materials and innovative design elements, creating a visually striking and inviting space for customers. Inside, the showroom offers a spacious and well-lit environment where customers can explore BMW’s diverse range of vehicles. The layout is designed to enhance the customer experience, with dedicated areas for display, consultation, and comfortable waiting zones. Advanced lighting and display technologies are used to highlight the vehicles, creating an immersive and engaging experience for visitors. The adjoining service centre is equipped with cutting-edge facilities to provide top-notch maintenance and repair services. Designed with efficiency and customer convenience in mind, the service centre includes multiple service bays, a well-organized parts department, and comfortable customer lounges. Currently tendered, this project demonstrates our expertise in delivering high-quality commercial spaces that meet the specific needs of premium brands.
