The Campus Service Centre at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), Sharjah, UAE, covering 5,602 square meters, exemplifies our commitment to sustainable and innovative architectural solutions. Our role encompassed architecture, structural design, Architect of Record (AOR) services, and comprehensive supervision, ensuring a holistic approach to the project’s execution.​
Designed to serve the university community effectively, the Campus Service Centre includes essential amenities and services that enhance the campus experience. Our architectural design focused on creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment that aligns with the university’s overall vision. The structural design was meticulously planned to ensure durability and safety while optimizing the use of materials.​
Sustainability was a key aspect of this project, with energy-efficient systems, water-saving technologies, and the use of eco-friendly materials integrated into the design. The building’s layout was optimized for natural lighting and ventilation, reducing energy consumption and creating a healthier indoor environment.​
