The Car Park Building project at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) in Sharjah, UAE, is an essential addition to the campus infrastructure, designed to accommodate the growing needs of the university community. Spanning 19,314 square meters, our role as the lead consultant encompasses full design and supervision, currently at the preliminary design stage.​
Our design approach focuses on maximizing space efficiency and incorporating sustainable elements to align with modern environmental standards. The structure is planned to integrate seamlessly with the existing campus layout, providing ample parking while minimizing its visual and environmental impact. Sustainable features, such as energy-efficient lighting, ventilation systems, and the use of eco-friendly materials, are key considerations in our design.​
