The DRC Greenfield Factory project, located in the Dubai Investment Park (DIP) in Dubai, UAE, involved our expertise from schematic design through to tender documentation, in addition to providing Architect of Record (AOR) services. This significant industrial project spans a built-up area of 66,330 square meters and required a detailed and methodical approach to design and planning. Our role was instrumental in crafting a facility layout that maximizes efficiency and meets the stringent requirements of modern manufacturing. We ensured that all designs were robust, sustainable, and aligned with the client’s operational goals, facilitating a smooth progression to the tender phase. The completion of this project highlights our ability to deliver comprehensive and detailed architectural services in the industrial sector, ensuring all aspects of design and compliance are managed effectively.​
