The EasyHotel project in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, covering 7,345 square meters, achieved LEED Gold certification under our lead consultancy for architectural and interior design, supervision, and acting as the Architect of Record (AOR). Our role encompassed comprehensive design services, including sustainable strategies to meet LEED Gold standards.​
The design of EasyHotel incorporated energy-efficient systems, water-saving technologies, and sustainable materials to reduce environmental impact and operating costs. Our interior design focused on creating functional and comfortable spaces that reflect the brand’s identity while promoting sustainability.​
Throughout the construction phase, our supervision team ensured that sustainable practices were implemented effectively, from materials sourcing to waste management.
