The JMC Office at Buzurgan Terminal, Iraq, spans a built-up area of 2489.15 square meters and stands out for its unique pyramid shape. This architectural and MEP concept design project, now completed, is a landmark in the region. The design features a full glass curtain wall, enhancing the building’s modern aesthetic and allowing for ample natural light. The pyramid shape not only adds to the visual interest but also symbolizes strength and stability. The interior layout is designed to maximize space efficiency and comfort, incorporating state-of-the-art facilities. This project exemplifies innovative architectural design, making it a significant addition to the Buzurgan Terminal and a proud achievement in modern architecture.​
