The Mai Dubai Head Office, nestled in the environmentally conscious area of Yalayis, Dubai, UAE, stands as a beacon of sustainable architecture. With a built-up area of 1,714 square meters, this project exemplifies our dedication to creating eco-friendly and energy-efficient structures. ​
Our role encompassed every aspect of the building’s design and execution, from conceptualization to detailed design and supervision, ensuring that sustainability was at the forefront of every decision. In our design approach, we integrated cutting-edge technologies such as energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, and smart building controls to minimize energy consumption and reduce carbon footprint. Sustainable materials were carefully selected, focusing on recycled and locally sourced options to promote environmental responsibility. The building’s orientation and layout were optimized to maximize natural light penetration and ventilation, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and air conditioning.​
Throughout the construction phase, our supervision team ensured that green building practices were implemented rigorously, adhering to LEED Gold standards. This involved continuous monitoring of materials, waste management practices, and energy usage to achieve optimal sustainability outcomes. The Mai Dubai Head Office’s LEED Gold certification is a testament to our holistic approach to sustainable architecture.​
