Situated in the bustling area of Al Mirghab, Sharjah, UAE, Matajer Al Mirghab is a distinguished commercial development that enriches the local retail landscape. With a built-up area of 6,169 square meters, this project exemplifies our expertise in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces. Our responsibilities encompassed architectural design, supervision, and Authority of Record (AOR) services, ensuring that every aspect of the project adhered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. From conceptualization to completion, we aimed to create a vibrant and inviting retail environment. The architectural design of Matajer Al Mirghab draws inspiration from traditional Emirati architecture, reinterpreted with a modern twist. This includes the innovative use of wind tunnels, a nod to the region’s architectural heritage that enhances natural ventilation and cooling. This fusion of old and new creates a unique and sustainable building design. Now completed, Matajer Al Mirghab stands as a testament to contemporary retail architecture. The development features a mix of retail outlets, dining establishments, and communal areas, all designed to foster a lively and engaging atmosphere. The harmonious blend of traditional and modern elements creates a space that is both functional and culturally resonant.
