Our firm undertook the full design and supervision of this project, ensuring that sustainability was a core principle throughout. The tower has achieved LEED Silver certification, reflecting its adherence to stringent environmental standards.​
Our design approach integrated sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting, water-saving fixtures, and a focus on indoor air quality to create a healthy and eco-friendly workspace. The building’s orientation and façade design were optimized to reduce heat gain and energy consumption. Additionally, sustainable materials were carefully chosen to minimize environmental impact during construction and throughout the building’s lifecycle.​
