The My City Centre Al Dhait project in Al Dhait, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, covering 7,152 square meters, achieved LEED Gold certification under our design and supervision. The design of My City Centre Al Dhait incorporated energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, and sustainable materials to minimize environmental impact. Emphasis was placed on optimizing natural lighting and ventilation to enhance indoor comfort and reduce energy consumption. Landscaping and outdoor features were designed with sustainability in mind, promoting biodiversity and water conservation.​
