Overview
The Remram Phase 1 Mosque is a modern sanctuary designed to provide a serene and peaceful environment for worship. Located in the vibrant community of Remram, Dubai, this mosque covers a plot area of 1,000 square meters and serves as a spiritual and communal hub for local residents. Our role in this project encompassed full design, acting as Architect of Record (AOR), and providing comprehensive supervision services. The mosque’s design deviates from traditional Islamic architectural elements, embracing modernity while maintaining a sense of tranquility and spirituality. One of the standout features of the Remram Phase 1 Mosque is its use of modern mashrabiya. These intricately designed screens not only provide privacy and shade but also create beautiful light patterns within the interior spaces, enhancing the overall ambiance. The mosque’s facade is characterized by linear formations, offering a contemporary interpretation of traditional Islamic design. This approach replaces the conventional arches with sleek, straight lines, giving the mosque a unique and modern appearance.
