Our involvement in the RTA Truck Rest Area project in Dubai, UAE, underscores our multifaceted capabilities in architecture and project management. Spanning 3,027 square meters, we were responsible for concept design and providing comprehensive legal, financial, and legal structuring services for this Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Our concept design focused on creating a functional and efficient rest area for truck drivers, incorporating essential amenities to enhance their comfort and safety. By navigating the complex legal and financial structuring, we ensured the project’s successful completion, exemplifying our ability to deliver holistic solutions in logistics-related architecture.​
