The Suha Hotel Apartments, located in the bustling Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area of Dubai, UAE, encompasses a built-up area of 1,654 square meters. This renovation project involves a comprehensive redesign and supervision of the existing building, aiming to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.​
One of the major aspects of this project is the revamping of the entire parking area to establish a new main reception lobby on the ground floor. This operational change is designed to improve guest flow and provide a more welcoming entry experience. Additionally, we have designed new café and gym facilities, as well as updated common areas, to offer enhanced amenities for guests.​
