Our engagement in the Swiss Pavilion at the Jabel Ali Expo Site in Dubai, UAE, reflects our proficiency in handling high-profile expo country pavilions. Covering a built-up area of 2,760 square meters, our firm was tasked with redesigning the pavilion based on the contractor’s value engineering (VE) requirements, serving as the Architect of Record (AOR), and providing comprehensive supervision services. Our redesign focused on integrating Swiss innovation and sustainability principles, ensuring the pavilion stood out as a beacon of modern architectural excellence. Through meticulous supervision, we maintained the highest standards of quality and compliance, resulting in a visually striking and functionally superior pavilion.
