The Sustainable City project on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE, is an innovative residential development featuring mockup designs for 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condos and 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses. Covering a carpet area of 845 square meters, this project showcases our full design capabilities, currently in the detail design stage.​
We collaborated closely with Aldar, one of the leading developers in the region, to ensure that the designs meet the highest standards of sustainability and luxury. The design process involved a meticulous selection of materials, focusing on eco-friendly options that align with the principles of The Sustainable City.​
Our mockup designs emphasize modern aesthetics, functional layouts, and sustainable living solutions. The condos and townhouses are designed to provide comfortable and efficient living spaces, incorporating natural light, energy-efficient systems, and high-quality finishes.​
