The Unitra METS Logistics and Warehouse project in Umm Ramool, Dubai, UAE, is a prominent example of our full-spectrum design and supervision capabilities in the industrial sector. Covering a built-up area of 8,494 square meters, this project involved the complete architectural design and supervision of a modern logistics and warehouse facility. Our approach centered on optimizing the layout to enhance operational efficiency and adaptability, catering to the dynamic needs of logistics operations. We integrated innovative storage solutions, streamlined the movement of goods, and incorporated energy-efficient materials and technologies to reduce the environmental impact.
